Rosen Tantau (also RosenWelt Tantau) is a Rosen breeding company located at Uetersen, in the District of Pinneberg in Schleswig-Holstein. It is one of the most important Rose farms worldwide, and has a large number of well-known rose varieties produced. The company has about 90 employees and 50 owned sales agents in all major countries in the world and sells more than two million annually rose plants in the retail and wholesale trade worldwide, and the same number by license for Australia, Japan United States and Latin America. Previously, the company brought more than 350 rose varieties on the market. Together with W. Kordes’ Söhne in Klein Offenseth-Sparrieshoop pdominated the company 50 percent of the world market for cut roses. With the Black Magic Rosen Tantau brought the Successtraveled Rosentvariety venues of all time on the market.
